Mandatory and Discretionary Grant Levy Claim
A company is eligible to claim up to 20% of the Skills Development Levy through submission of an Annual Training Report, Workplace Skills Plan and a Pivotal Report/Plan.
The Skills Development Levies Act was developed to enable companies registered for PAYE and having an annual payroll exceeding R500,000 per annum to claim back the 20% of Skills Development levy (1% of monthly payroll to SARS).
Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Consulting
The government has introduced Broad Based Economic Empowerment legislation (Broad Based Black Economic Act 2007 and Gazetted Codes of Good Practice on B-BBEE of February 2007) in order to empower previously disadvantaged people so that they can be integrated into the broader business arena in South Africa. The real BBBEE involves transformation of companies that will also involve visible Return on Investment to also benefit the company.

Employment Equity Consulting
The Government has developed the Employment Equity Act 55 (as passed by Parliament on 21 August 1998) in order for companies to give equal opportunity to the previously disadvantaged employees in employment opportunities. Companies need assistance in identifying positions in the companies where blacks are underrepresented and assist with the development of a strategy for closing the gaps identified.

Health and Safety Consulting
The Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 gives a burden to Employers to protect and render a healthy and safe work environment to the employees. Komelong Trading would like to remove some of this burden from the employers in order for the employer to concentrate on production and leave this administration burden to our company.
